Women who are in relationships and in general make threats they cannot keep most of the time. They do so mainly because they are not coming from a place of strength but rather weakness (soft). It works because they are soft and men back down easily sometimes, yet when it doesn't work all that happens is the man maintains his position of power and the relationship remains the same if not strengthened by the man displaying his strength.

Letting go can feel like jumping out of a plane without a parachute. The relationship may have ended weeks or months or years ago, yet you can't get him or her out of your mind. We want to deny the relationship has ended. Letting go allows you to close one chapter of your life and to be able to start a new one with a clean page. If you keep thinking about an ex either with love or hate or fear or find yourself comparing all your dates to a former partner you are having trouble letting go.

Relationships in the early phase of formation are guided by heart and physical attraction and needs. How many of us give a chance to our head to decide whether we will relate to a person using our head? Very few of us do that.

Look for the beauty of the moment. It won’t leap out and grab you. But it’s there. Be open to what is happening around you and open to what the moment has to offer. It will return rich gifts.
