Walking Meditation

Walking meditation is a type of dynamic or active meditation, which means meditation in action. Walking meditation is a type of meditation exercise where the meditators slowly walk a set path and observe the entire act of walking with complete awareness of the whole body and each step taken along with maintaining a link with breathing. It is recommended to choose a fixed walking path that can be circular or quadrangular so that meditators do not have to worry about where they are going and can give complete attention to on the act of walking.

When these electricity bundles or pathways become jangled, clogged, under stimulated or blocked in anyway, the body lose its dynamic and ever changing balance - this balance effects and includes everything especially the nervous system, digestion, and circulatory system muscles and joints. Integrative medicine employs electricity rebalancing as one of its most effective treatments to eliminate allergies. this treatment has many benefits, including being able to desensitize common and rare allergies

Meditation can be practiced in many ways and there are several meditation exercises available for people with different objectives. For people who are body-oriented, there various physical forms of exercise can be used to get in touch with the inner self. For the heart-oriented, prayer is considered the best form of attunement; for the intellect-oriented, meditation is their path to enlightenment. All types of meditations follow the same pattern where they begin with transforming the body, then move through the heart, next they arrive at the mind and then they go beyond. Meditation exercises are designed for reducing stress, building self-confidence and self-esteem, and maintaining good health.
