Reduce Payment Processing Costs by Converting Debit-Card Customers to Direct-Debit Payments
It seems that banks are constantly coming up with new ways for us to pay bills and withdraw money. First there were paper checks, then credit cards, then ATM cards, then debit cards linked to bank accounts, and now ACH electronic funds transfers. Of course, with each new payment method comes a new set of fees passed on to account holders and merchants. The smart merchant will weigh the pros and cons of each method with regards to safety, accountability, and processing cost, and

Here are tips on how to tackle 7 basic questions which can be tough if you don't know how to answer them.

    * 1. Tell us about yourself
Here just tell basic information such as if you have been working for a number of years, if you are a student, or if you have graduated college. Don't get into to too much detail about your personal life or other personal things such as religion or political beliefs.

    * 2. Why do you want to work for us?
This is where you need to investigate the company BEFORE the interview. Find out what they take pride in. Find out their core values of their company as well as what they do, who their main customers are, and even who their competitors are. Try to get to know other employees and find out why they like the job, if you can. Do not give self serving reasons, such as "I need the money" or "I want to further my career", and do not give a short canned answer as well.

    * 3. Why did you leave your last position?
Stay as positive as you can and be somewhat honest. Being too honest and divulging details about your last job can be giving too much information. A good answer here is that you felt you were in a dead end position and that you wanted room to grow.

    * 4. Can you describe a previous work situation in which you ... ?
This can be a make or break question for you, because they want to see how you solve any difficult or uncommon situations that arise in the workplace on a day to day basis. Again stay positive and be honest because this question requires some quick thinking on your feet, and the interviewers can tell when you are trying to BS them. For example, if its a customer service job this is your chance to show them how you handled a situation when there was an angry customer. Show them that you have the tools to make the customers happy thus making them more money.

    Think Big, Grow Big!
When I started my Construction Business I came right out of the Corporate world and understood the value of laying out a solid foundation for my business that would be ready when we were big. In other words, we acted like a big company even though we were small. From the outside looking in we were well established as was demonstrated with the professional organizations we were members of, the equipment and vehicles we used, the signage on our office and the documentation we provide
