Features such as final text, icons, insets, abstract and many other features may be disabled at your designer's discretion. You may think that because you are not an expert at store design that it is a good idea to spend thousands of dollars on a website redesign by an outside firm. Because the html code we used in our final text was not quite compatible with our designers new templates, they just disabled final text so it was no longer available to us. Guess what?
