What is the problem? There just isn’t enough of it going around. It’s too bad that it can’t be more like cold and flu season- impossible to avoid. I am constantly disappointed with the lack of care businesses take with their customers. If I’m paying for a product or service, I expect a certain amount of support to go along with it.
