    This TQM article is a continuation of the Part 4a article, the IMPROVE PHASE.     You see by planning the growth and the possible upset’s that you may face along the way – you can control how your business performs much, much faster than by just winging it.

    When you ‘wing it’ you’re at the mercy of luck.
