Highlights Of My First Seminar Presentation
I have really enjoyed helping other entrepreneurs, and I will continue to teach people how to succeed online -- which is why I started MarketingSecrets.com.Here are a few things that I recently shared in my first ever formal seminar presentation:
What are the emotional roots of the need for power? Well those who have been so hell bent on trying to get power are not going to like what they are going to read, so please be warned.

The need for power is firmly rooted in feelings of insecurity, inadequacy and a deep fear of not surviving! How do I know this? Well it's not important that you even believe me. Why not get this from your own inner emotional life.

For instance if you are one of those individuals who are addicted to the need for power then I ask you to consider how you feel when your need is not being satisfied. Like any need or addiction, when it is not being satisfied one often feels insecure, weak and therefore inadequate, and one has a deep fear that they may not be able to go on living without having the need or addiction satisfied. In other words they are afraid they will not survive the state of deprivation that comes with the need not being satisfied even for a moment.

What's even more interesting is that as long as the need is there it can never really ever be satisfied. That is why so many individuals obsessively seek more and more power. You see the feelings of insecurity, inadequacy and fear never can be satisfied. What's worse, as the individual tries to draw more power to themselves their fear becomes intensified i.e. they can become paranoid, as they start to mistrust others around them who they think, and rightly so because many others around them are suffering from the same malady, will try to relieve them of their power.

So the need for power, which supposedly promises them security, gives them a greater sense of insecurity than they have ever experienced before. That is why most regimes fall sooner or later. The paranoia affects judgment and everything crumbles.
