    Protein powder is just about the only supplement I support, and only if you hit the weights often. That’s simply because your muscle needs protein to rebuild the micro tare caused by working out.

    Protein powder helps supplement a diet as well. Without going into too much detail, 5-8 small meals a day is ideal. The more you lift weights, the more protein you need. Many meals help to boost your metabolism.
