How to Overcome Network Marketing Paralysis
Will Rogers said, "Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there."This is true for all aspects of your life, but especially in your online business. The problem is that there are so many things to learn, so many things to do to get the ball rolling, that it is easy to become overwhelmed. People get so paralyzed by confusion about what they should and in what order that they end up doing nothing at all. There is a popular mantra used by Network Marketers: "It's simple, but it's not easy." This may seem like a contradiction, but what it means is that the methods you need to use to get your business going are not rocket science…but getting started and gaining momentum can be difficult.I have my own mantra that has served me well over the years. "It takes less energy to change direction than to overcome inertia." I don't remember enough about my high school physics class to know if that's strictly true, but from a motivational perspective, I can tell you that it works. The trick is to quit thinking about doing, and just start doing.Whatever business you're in will require you to do things you've never done before…create an advertising campaign, write articles, build a website, etc. The list of new things you will have to learn to do can take on the appearance of an invincible monster. The best way to defeat the monster is to start taking action.Begin with something that looks relatively easy, even if it's completely outside your realm of experience. Get comfortable with it, gain a little proficiency, and move on to the next thing. You don't have to be the world's greatest at any one of these methods to be a success in your online business; you just need to do them consistently. You'll find two things to be true as you start to make progress. First, as you begin to learn new things, your mind will become used to processing new information and the next course of action you take will become easier. Second, you'll gain confidence that you can accomplish things that seemed formidable when you started out, which will in turn add to your momentum. You also n
Francis Harry Compton Crick was a physicist, molecular biologist and neuro scientist – a co-discoverer of the structure of the DNA molecule in 1953. He was awarded the 1962 Nobel Prize jointly with James D. Watson and Maurice Wilkins for discovering the molecular structure of nuclei acids and the importance for information transfer in living matter.

DNA is an abbreviation for Deoxyribonucleic Acid. Since its discovery, a new page has evolved in scientific history where old questions have a new and different yet startling answers. It has mostly improved human life and thinking. It has brought the past under a clear microscopic view and the present to advancement in every field. In my early years , I always had an ‘addiction’ for staying slim. To me staying slim means staying fit. I would never had a day without a 30 minutes jog around my living estate. The day I felt bored was the day when I did not go for a run. I was obsessed with it.

In child hood I was very playful. Not hyper but playful. Like most children. I played lots of games and my favourite was all of them. I thought this might be the reason for my being active in later life. But then my peers were not as ‘slim conscious’ as me. They would have been playful too like all children. And they were not excercising at all! A friend wondered how I had the desire to run everyday while he had the desire to eat anything he wanted. Despite this weak encouragement from friends I just run and burnt off that fat with delight.

My son who is now 17 years of age does not have the desire of running but has the desire to be as tall as Mr Dwayne Douglas Johnson-‘Mr Rock’. My son is greatly influenced by the World Wrestling Entertainment championship matches in television. He had been jumping like a kangaroo. Well at least he has the desire to stay tall. I think his DNA is an improved version. My two daughters are still young and my eldest who just turned 16 in fact won a 1st prize in school running competition when she was 13. First participation and won. Her interest in running could have faded. Must be her pressure in school work which is taking a lot of her time. The Top 5 Secrets to Managing Your Credit Cards-So They Won't Manage You
You’ve probably never heard of Frank X. McNamara, but he revolutionized the way you shop on a daily basis. One evening in 1949, McNamara—head of the Hamilton Credit Corporation in New York City—was dining out with two business associates. Their topic of discussion: one of McNamara’s clients, who was defaulting on a loan because he had shared his gasoline and department-store credit cards with some friends in need. Unfortunately, the friends didn’t have the money to pay back what they had borrowed, so the good samaritan was now facing his own financial demise. As the meal ended, McNamara reached for his wallet so he could pick up the check. To his horror, he realized he had left it at home—and was forced to call his wife so she could bring him the cash he needed to settle the tab. This fateful meal led to an invention that has transformed how the world handles money to this very day: the credit card. While previously available gasoline and department-store credit cards allowed users to make purchases at a single location, McNamara’s personal plight—and that of his well-meaning client—prompted him to create a credit card that could be used in multiple venues. The Diners Club card was born. In its first year, 200,000 consumers signed up for one.The rest is history. After carefully observing Diners Club’s success, American Express and Bank Americard (soon to be renamed VISA) followed suit. Thank McNamara the next time you pay with plastic. But has McNamara’s novel concept become more of a curse than a blessing in your life? Are your credit cards managing you—and is your debt spiraling out of control? Here are 5 ways to tame the credit card beast.1. Know Your LimitsIf you have a tendency to overspend, limit your extravagances by relying on paper currency instead of plastic. Set spending limits before you leave the house, whether you’re shopping for groceries or heading to the mall to buy a new pair of shoes. If you find yourself reaching for your credit cards, freeze—and don’t move an inch until you can answer the following questions:• Why am I breaking my own rule?<

Aromatherapy to Relax Your Mind and Body
If you just need something to help you relax and unwind from a hard day of work, or any other stressful activities, then aromatherapy might be for you. You might think that aromatherapy is just another new age trick that is designed to get your money and make you think you feel better. But this is not so. Studies have shown that this treatment can actually help with stress on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Not convinced? Here is some background information on it.Aromatherapy relates to the natural method of healing the mind and body with essential plant oils that are either rubbed into the skin or inhaled. Some commonly used aromatherapy plants are juniper, rosemary, lavender and sage. This message was first used in ancient china. The ancient Chinese used these methods in a medical use.In all of aromatherapy products, the main ingredients are essential oils. Basically essential oils are the liquid essence of the original plant. A very concentrated substance, essential oil comes in small bottles and is diluted using a mix of water and carrier oils to be applied to the skin. If you are inhaling essential oils, be certain to use a light dose of the fluid, as too much of it can be hazardous to your health. There are many different forms of aromatherapy. Some people use aromatherapy candles or incense, and breathe in the soothing scent of various fragrances. Scent triggers certain reactions in the brain and lets off chemicals in the brain, which causes mental relaxation. Other types of oils, salts and lotions can be used on the skin, creating the same effect except physical. Others use aromatherapy as a way to look and feel younger and more vibrant.Whenever you feel the need to just let go, unwind, and relax, aromatherapy can help a lot. The therapy will loosen your mind and your muscles. Not matter what, you wont regret using aromatherapy.

    Reward/Risk Ratio
The risk/reward ratio is very important concept that determine the success of a trader. As a short term trader , we have been taught to set a target entry, exit price and stop loss if the trade goes against us after doing homework on the fundamental and technical indicators in the chart and it is beyond reasonable doubt that we are convinced of the entry. But have we wonder the other side of the trade if the reward justify the amount of risk we are willingly to undertake? of course, all of the traders in the world would love to have their reward to the most and the risk to be the least. The question next is then what is the reasonable reward/risk ratio? A good rule of thumb is to attain a return of three times as much as the amount risked, making the reward/risk ratio 3 to 1, or maybe anywhere between 2 to 1 and 4 to 1.To attain consistency and profitable trades in the long run ,your rewards must be bigger than your risks over time so that you can make money. I have spent much time studying the phenomenal gains of a trader. Let examine what the secrets behind a successful options trader.Firstly, he is a very discipline trader who always will not risk more than 5% of his trading capital in any position's. He will factor the odds of a 5 winning trade that make 200% profit and a worst case of 5 loosing trades of 100% after a tight stop loss, in other word, he has in fact only 50-50 chances of winning, but his 5 winner make him 1000% and his 5 loosing trade loss him 500% thereby still giving him a net gain of 500%. A good trader knows that he will not win in every games he plays but the beauty of options is the leverage they provide. It takes only a few winners out of every 10 trades to make him a very happy investor. In conclusion, it is not the setting of targets and stops based on a predetermined risk/reward ratio. Big targets and tight stops are pointless if the system is a net loser but rather a trading system which have a success rate of a few phenomenal winners over the losers.

I told my office land rover driver to give me a lift and alight me at the nearby road so that I could run to my house to get my wallet back. No wallet no money. The driver kindly agreed. Once I reached home, I took my belonging from the drawer swiftly and came running back towards where the rover was parked as I did not want to affect my colleague's plan for the day’s work. My working colleague who was sitting behind the rover back seat looked at me with curiosity. I thought my private problem had somewhat irritated him slightly,

Surprisingly, he told me that ‘you ran all the way to your home and returned so quickly?’I replied, “yeah”. He said “you are a fast runner and you are not panting at all, very fit huh’. That was it. I was so happy to hear this. The first and only encouragement I get from a public and this pushed me to pursue with my passion- running! I kept running.

That was back in 1983 where after a clerical job in a bank for about 6 months, I joined a more ‘manly job’ in the Singapore Land Authority(formerly known as the Land Office) where I had all the the leisure time for my piece of cake – running.

As I had got married in 1988 and changed to a more vibrant job in estate management I found that I could not find time for my passion . In 1995 my passion gradually came to a standstill. When my children came into my life, I did not sharpen my organisation skill to find time to pursue with my passion. The river has stopped flowing. It has frozen and became a glazier.

The year 2001 is a year with a difference. After 11 years of married life. I joined another company in estate management and I was given a project in managing a warehouse building. It was a fantastic project where everything fell into place. I had a good working team. My assistant really took care of the building and this freed me and let me had the time to divert my attention to staying slim. This time I was going high tech.

I joined a fitness centre known as Planet Fitness in 2002 for an annual fee of 900 dollars. But I did not care about the money. All I need is to burnt off my accumulated fats all over me. When I joined my burden was 90 kilogram. When I left the fitness in 2003, a year later my weight has dropped to nearly whopping 20 kilogram! I did not realise this drop in my weight until I took a photograph of me and my son (which I will post this later). It was an amazing feeling.

My profile of my body features has changed drastically. I could not believe myself. I was ineffably happy.I am not saying that the fitness centre improved my weight problem but I did 3 things for the fantastic improvement to my physique. The 3 factors are De – Exercise,Never Over Eat and Adore Thyself. The DNA for fitter and
