Remember – positive thinking - there are no bad situations in this technique.
              2. Cold showers. The colder the shower the better this technique works.
              3. Tell yourself out loud, “thank you anxiety for warning me something could be wrong, but right now I am sitting (whatever your actions are when the panic attack occurs) and nothing is wrong with me. I appreciate your concern.” This only works if it’s said aloud.
              4. Finally, stay busy. If your mind is concerned with the environment around you, it won’t have time to deal with your anxiety.

              These techniques force your mind to think about something other than your panic attack. During a panic attack your brain thinks irrationally, these techniques will allow you to pull yourself back out.
