I may have been cross with them for something they did or said but nothing they did warranted the level of anger that they experienced. As we see our loved one as loving and caring, etc, we are recognising this in ourselves too and we become even more loving and caring, etc. As we point our finger at our loved ones, we have three pointing back at us. I think it was Ghandi who said something like, what we see is who we are. Remember, we are more than our bodies, feelings and mind. If you aspire to act and speak from your centre or your heart all the time, you will be true to yourself. By using your awareness of who you truly are, recognising your emotions, how your body feels and noticing your thoughts at any given time, you can change those which do not serve you any more.
