What do the best practices mean? Best practices refer to the practices that produce performance of superior quality. What practices are best in the industry based on the systematic method? Next step after selecting the best practices is how to implement them so that they can fit your business organization. In other words, benchmarking can be defined as a process that helps business organizations to learn how to give the best performance by comparing with the past performance of their own company and with the strategies adopted by other companies in the industry.Four Steps of Benchmarking: The main objective of benchmarking is improving major financial processes. The process of benchmarking can be divided into four major steps:1. First step is to compare the company’s performance with its own past performance and that of the other companies in the industry. 2. Second step is to find out the results of performance comparison. 3. Third step is very crucial. Once you have found out the better performer, you need to pinpoint the practices that had led to better performance. 4. The fourth and Mortgage Companies Luke 11:11 "If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish?
12. "Or if he asks for an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
13. "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!''Mortgage is a French legal term, which stands for dead pledge. It is an instrument that is used to form a lien on any property, by drawing a contract. Mortgage can be used to purchase residential or commercial property without paying the full value upfront. Borrowers can also use mortgage to place their property as security against the debt to the lender. Borrowers here are called mortgagers and the lenders are known as mortgagees. These lenders are financial institutions, such as banks and also known as mortgage companies. There are some mortgage companies that specialize in providing customized mortgages.Mortgage companies have loan officers, underwriters, assessors and other supporting mortgage professional, all linked together, as a part of mortgage providing machinery. They have loan officers who generate business for the company by making potential customers aware of their products and securing their business. They have assessors and underwriters to determine amount of the risk the mortgage company will be taking in advancing the mortgage to the applicant. This assessment is done on the basis of the credit history, payment record of the borrowers, the term decided and the down payment made. There are many mortgage companies competing for business in the huge financial market. Messiah means the anointed one.) If you asked your Heavenly Father for the gift of the Holy Spirit would He give it to you? Many people say, well I received Jesus Christ as my Savior, that means I have received the Holy Spirit. Yes you were sealed with the Holy Spirit but I am talking about the gift of the Holy Spirit that Jesus was talking about. He was not talking to sinners. He was talking to people who called God their Heavenly Father. Sinners can not call God their heavenly Father. He was talking to children of God. Are you God's child? Then Paul said, "John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying to the people that they should believe on Him who would come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.'' 5. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6. And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied. This outpouring of the Holy Spirit is accompanied by the evidence of tongues and sometimes prophesy as we saw with the disciples in Ephesus and as the prophet Joel prophesied. Are you God's child? When the time comes to sell your home, it seems like your To Do list is a mile long. The house has to be immaculate inside and out, the hoards of potential buyers are beating on your door, and the legal and financial details of the home sale process loom. Don’t be tempted to handle this situation by yourself; instead, make your life infinitely easier and use a Realtor® to help you sell your home. The lure of saving money is a strong one. Most Realtors® charge between 5% and 7% on commission. As the seller, this comes out of your proceeds at closing. I know you’re doing the math right now, and thinking that there’s no way that using a Realtor® is worth anywhere near this much money. However, it truly is worth every penny; here are the top 3 reasons why you should use a Realtor® when selling your home.1. The Security of Your Family and HomeYou cannot put a value on the security of your family and home. You want your family to be safe in your home without having to worry. But remember when I mentioned the hoards of potential buyers for your home? If you sell your home yourself, you have to meet with each one of these buyers by yourself. Without attempting to make an exhaustive list, we might notice that we use language to:-- make an offer (advertise, market, invite).-- negotiate and affirm agreements (form alliances, close sales).-- make requests (asking for sales, support, partnerships). It is easy to see that we could not be in business for even one day without making offers, requests, and promises. In fact, this is one of the problems of being in business: We use language so often and so unconsciously that we do not notice whether or not we are being skillful. Indeed, until a problem shows up we may not even realize that skill is possible and needed. Notice, then, that the problems you encounter in your business (or career, or marriage, etc.) are often signals that are inviting you to enter into a more skillful conversation. This notion of problems as invitations to greater skill is good news so long as we have a way to respond to the invitation. We need to notice enough of the structure of language that we can learn as we speak and listen, just as a golfer might watch a pro's swing so that s/he can copy it during her/his own game.< 5. And they’re ready to settle for either part-time or full-time home business. However, no matter the loftiness and loaded goodies of starting and running your own business, there still remain a salient question begging for answer and it must never be compromised. Have you asked yourself: “Is working from home for YOU or not?”Most people don’t take time to go over this question before jumping to starting a business only to come with loads and loads of red accounts. You see, I discovered that most people are treating home based business like a mere fad or one that will vomit dollars into their pockets right away. For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. 16. But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: 17. `And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. 18. and on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy…. Acts 38-39. Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.'' Peter speaking of this outpouring said… For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call. This promise is for all generations and includes us all. Jesus said ….. John 7:37-39. On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. I would remind you of what Jesus said in our opening Scripture… 13. "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!'' Are you hungry and thirsty for more? We can now say that Jesus has been glorified, you can receive the gift of the Holy Spirit now. All you have to do is ask! The Holy Spirit has already been given it is up to you to receive Him. You receive the Holy Spirit the same way you received Jesus as Savior and Lord, and that is by faith. If you are a born again child of God then you are ready to receive the Holy Spirit. (Luke 11:9-13.) Many times in the New Testament the Holy Spirit was received by the laying on of hands, but not always. In either case the Holy Spirit is not given, He is received. Many seek after the Holy Spirit, but He must be received, just like Jesus was received. Understand, you are the one who does the speaking, the Holy Spirit is not doing the speaking. He is giving the utterance but you are the one who does the speaking. If you have no one to lay hands on you, then you can receive Him by faith and begin to speak out of your mouth as the Holy Spirit gives you utterance. (Acts 2:4., Acts 10:44-46., Acts 19:6.) This is the way I received The Holy Spirit, by simply asking the Father, and I then began to speak in faith as the Holy Spirit filled me with His presence and gave me utterance. At first I felt silly, but as I persisted, I had rivers of living water flowing out of me. I knew so little, as I had only been
