    Real Estate Investment Tips
Real estate investment presents optimistic cash flow along with tax benefits. However, much like any other investment niche, real estate is dependent on intricate market trends that must not be overlooked, in case the investor may undergo a major loss. Surprisingly, many of the newbie investors are keen to part with their hard earned money, devoid of carrying out a pr
ould be willing or able to stand for a real one?

Thanks for the "reality check" Ms. Davis!

    3.) Women's Intuition

It's simple. The overwhelming majority of registered voters in the U.S.A. are women. But for all elected public officials, the majority of those in charge are men! How does this happen?

One of the most difficult things to do in politics is getting a woman to vote for another woman. It's been proven time and time again. Women will no doubt keep Ms. Clinton out of the White House as anything other than a visitor and tourist.

Housing Bill - Changes in the Right To Buy Scheme
Presently council tenants are able to purchase their rented property after 2 years of tenancy. However, this is about to change. As of the 18th January 2005, the new Housing Bill becomes law and the current 2 years will change to a period of 5 years. This means, that once the proposals come into force, any new council tenant will have to wait 5 years before having
    Here are the reasons...

    1.) Nancy Pelosi

For anyone thinking far enough ahead, it's an easy decision to not elect Hillary Clinton as President of the U.S. It's already daunting enough for most people to imagine a woman as President of this country, but for the fearful and uncertain voters it only gets worse.

As remote as the possibility may seem, what if "President" Hillary Clinton and her vice-President were to (God forbid) suffer personal tragedy in our terrorist-infested world and were rendered incapable of performing duties as Commander-in-Chief? The United States Constitution makes provisions for the third in line for the Presidency to be the speaker of the House - enter Nancy Pelosi.

Nancy Pelosi doesn't want to be President of the U.S. and for that reason alone she shouldn't be President. Of course there are many, many more reasons why Ms. Pelosi should remain in her present highest post, but no mention of those reasons need reference here.

So, if the American public can fathom the possibility of two women presidents of the U.S. in our severely politically fractured world, and country, then my opinion would carry absolutely no weight.

But not only is it unfathomable (as proven historically) for women Presidents in this country, most people if they are honest with themselves simply wouldn't be able to stomach the idea.

During her concession speech, Senator Clinton should be ready to attribute her loss, in part at least, to the current Speaker of the House.

    Great job, ladies!

    2.) Geena Davis

Does anyone remember the short-lived ABC drama "Commander-in-Chief"? Geena Davis' character ended up being the President of the U.S. after the male President could no longer serve. I personally thought that it was a great show, wonderful fiction.

Apparently the American public didn't share my sentiments "Commander-in-Chief" was cancelled after only a few episodes.

In case anyone doesn't already know, Geena Davis came up with the idea for "Commander-in-Chief" and was one of the executive producers of the show. This would seem to suggest that her motives were not solely to entertain.

If the American public can't stand a fictional woman President, what makes anyone believe they would be willing or able to stand for a real one?

Thanks for the "reality check" Ms. Davis!
