The best location for your small business could be somewhere close to other businessesIt may sound like commercial suicide to locate your new business close to other businesses which are offering a similar service, but that's not necessarily the case. If you open a convenience store near a large supermarket, for example, you could find yourself picking up trade from people who can't be bothered traili

Go back to the civil war my beloved country, for your leaders are unable to reach a pact that will make Lebanon triumph over a definite civil war.

After several attempts of dialogue, major politicians are unable to form a national unity government. The opposition led by Hezbollah and the Free National Movement is calling for a quarter quota for any potential government established, while the majority led by Future Movement refuses to give up its radical control of the government. Meanwhile many reports confirm weapons are being brought to the country like any other consuming product!

Last month the Lebanese people came seriously to foresee a break-out of a new civil war. The opposition led by Hezbollah, a Shiite militia and a strong ally to Syria, backed by the Free National Movement facilitated a strike which knocked the streets of Lebanon. Both opposition and majority accused each other of using pistols during the strikes and demonstrations, two days later students at Arab university paid blood for the favor of their leaders, Lebanon proved again to be greatly divided.

The majority are accusing the Free National Movement of being a part of Syrian, Iranian coalition that is working against democracy, Lebanese sovereignty and the establishment of Prime Minister Hariri international court.

To what extent the Free National Movement can be a part of such coalition? The movement who is led by Prime Minster General Michel Aoun, a leader who fought for years for Lebanese sovereignty from his Paris exile, and traveled to the United States to give a testimony at the congress in favor of Lebanese sovereignty, freedom and independence while Syrian occupation was seen as a Guarantee for Lebanon in the view of the super powers.

The Free National Movement declares that it is only controlled by Lebanon needs and its agreement with Hezbollah is to serve Lebanese national peace and security. For the National Movement the Syrian occupation has come to an end and its Lebanese role to build good relations with Syria and work on their national unity in order to construct the strong Lebanon.

Prime Minister Hariri expressly reinforced a statement “Lebanon cannot be governed against Syria nor from Syria”

A statement today, the future movement and its allies definitely find it difficult to implement while Basher Assad is still in power.

In several occasions Walid Jumblat an ex-ally to the Syrian regime has repeatedly requested to overthrow Assad regime both in poetry and speech, a scheme the national movement does not support or perceives in favor of Lebanese national interest. Security is a Lebanese responsibility even if the Syrian regime is responsible of the assassinations that are taking place in Lebanon. It is Lebanon government role to prevent political assassination and blasts to occur. An objective the Lebanese government obviously finds difficult to reach while Lebanon widespread constitutional crisis opens a high way in front of the criminals to wickedly hit again. By saying that head of the Syrian regime as a giant and a snake we instantly bring security to our country? We fear that Lebanon will be again a place for monsters and snakes!

    How to Manage Your Pipeline
How is your pipeline structured?I assume most of you have heard about the sales pipeline. Your pipeline is what keeps your business going. It is a lot like a funnel: at the large end, you need to do lots of activities that will generate a slew of interested contacts; some of these move down the funnel and become coached; of these, a few get qualified, and even fewer go on to be selected and finally closed. Once you have a customer, the tendency is to spend your time at that end of the funnel fulfilling the work. When the job is done, you turn around and there is no more work waiting; you go back to the other end of the funnel and start all over. The important lesson here is that you need to keep a balance within your pipeline so that you do not run out of clients

Why Boat Insurance Is A Necessity
Boat insurance is necessary for all boat owners who live on or really value their boats. If it is something that you feel you must replace then you need to insure it. If you live on your boat it is absolutely necessary that it be insured. Who would want to lose their home? Also most boats are financed in the beginning. The lending company will insist on insurance in those cases just as they would with a house or a car. This is not unreasonable; they have as much to lose in the financial sense as you do if anything happens to the boat. Some areas are more dangerous than others for boaters. While some of those areas are famous or infamous 'the Bermuda Triangle' and the Dardanelles others are less well known but can be just as dangerous.Cape Disappointment in

    Stimulate Your Senses!
When you get stuck for ideas, and the words won’t flow, invariably it’s because one, more or all of your senses aren’t being stimulated.Staring at a blank screen or sheet of paper really doesn’t help. The best way to stimulate all your senses in one hit is to provide an inspirational space you can work with.Lots of Feng Shui arrangements appear in western homes these days, and they’re great, but outside those four walls of your writing space, there is another world bursting with enlightenment and inspiration. Of course you may have to work at it a little, but hey, we all need some exercise sometimes!Whether you have a balcony or a backyard, you can very simply build a natural living world to plunge into whenever you choose. If you have neither, consider re
to wickedly hit again. By saying that head of the Syrian regime as a giant and a snake we instantly bring security to our country? We fear that Lebanon will be again a place for monsters and snakes!

We studied in comparative politics class that no war can break out without an external sign from foreign countries , this sign seems not available now but nothing prevent it from being in the near future since Lebanon civil war is the future we fear .

Sectarianism has made it road into the political core of the Lebanese people long time ago! An agreement between two political parties has made elegant success on the language of hate but for others the Free National Movement became a close partner to a terrorist group obeying Basher Assad regime orders. What brought the two parties together? What do they have in common? Did Prime Minister Aoun group become an ally to Syria? Did Aoun sign a deal with a classified terrorist group in order to satisfy his appetite for presidency?

In the political outlook of Aoun the agreement with Hezbollah is for peace and a prevention of civil war. It is true that the talk with Hezbollah made Aoun loss some of his Christian popularity for a session but it has made a civil war more difficult to break out.

Aoun asks why it was possible for the majority to make agreement with Hezbollah during the 2005 elections and it prohibited for him today to negotiate with Hezbollah to reach a national solution about the weapons!

What is the majority seeking? Are they asking that Hezbollah and a million Shiite to be departed to Syria and Iran? Do they want the Maronite church to cancel the negotiation committee with Hezbollah and declare war against the other part of the country? Do they eventually wish to disarm Hezbollah by force?

The revulsion against Hezbollah between some Christians is soaring, this dislike led a few of general Aoun ex-supporters to switch to the majority side and start their own war against the General. A well known supporter of General who lives in Canada and wrote hundreds of articles in General Aoun favor, the agreement with Hezbollah made him write against Aoun, visualizing that his own General that he knew is still in Paris while the one living now in Lebanon is a look like and a Syrian Iranian puppet!

It looks like the ex-supporter has never read General Aoun articles vigilantly or the Free Patriotic Movement political reform program from the start. Between Hezbollah dislike, sectarianism and national conciliation, sectarianism and Hezbollah dislike are wining; a unity government that supports its people seems out of range without an external sign!

The Lebanese need to come together in order to gradually resolve their own problems! Many are waiting for a sign from the Syrian and Iranians; others are accused of being puppets of French men or Feltman the American ambassador in Beirut.

Several incidents proof that Lebanese leaders did not learn from their own mistakes?

Are Lebanese parties preparing for a civil war? Is the fire under the ashes and war the only choice? In Beirut people went out to the streets with a sign in their hands “solve it” We say solve it before Lebanon nightmares we fear come true!
