Frequent problems:
There are 2 main things that will cause your addon to not function besides being out of date.
1. The addon files were dragged to the Addons folder outside of their main folder. The entire addon folder must be placed into the Addon folder.
2. The addon should be saved in a single level folder. If there is a subfolder inside of the addons folder, then the addon will not work.
