Phoenix, Scottsdale And Surrounding Areas - First Quarter Market Recap 2007
Nearly 60,000 homes in Phoenix, Scottsdale and surrounding areas! That’s right, that’s the number of listings (single family homes only) Arizonan's are dealing with in the first quarter of this year. It’s an incredible number but NOT compared to previous years. 64,553 listings in 2006, and 70,000 listings in 2005 were listed, sold, or in the process of a contract during the first quarter of the year. So you can say that the market is off to a “slower start” this year. However, there’s good news to come…Over the last three years, the number of current listings in the Phoenix area has remained steady, staying right around 42,000. This year, out of the 60,000 homes, only 18% have sold with an average price of $367,500 and with another 10% currently pending with a contract on them.Comparing those numbers to the two previous years, the market this year is UP by 3.2%! Late February & March helped bring up those numbers. It looks like it could continue t

Oklahoma Refinance Loans – 3 Reasons to Refinance Now
The decision to get an Oklahoma refinance loan is a big one. It may also be one of the best things a homeowner could do for their finances. Still many people wait so long to refinance that they miss out on a wonderful opportunity. Here are three reasons to quit sitting on the sidelines and refinance now:Great Deals on Interest RatesThough interest rates in Oklahoma are slightly higher than they were a year or two ago, they are still at a historical low. Current rates on 15-year loans and 30-years refinance loans in Oklahoma average 5.1 and 5.76 percent respectively. Refinancing now before rates get any higher could allow you to lock in at a fair interest rate that will provide you with immediate savings, as well as savings over the life of your mortgage loan.Debt Can Be OverwhelmingIf you are having debt issues, refinancing now before your debt gets too far out of control could be very beneficial. Taking advantage of an Oklahoma refinance loan co
Network marketing has the potential to be absolutely brilliant, providing individuals and societies with the most amazing benefits: financial, economic, educational, social, political and philosophical. Although I might seem to really hate MLM (and you’ll know me as the person who banned all MLMers and network marketers from My Speed Business Network) I want to assure you that on the contrary I have enormous goodwill and respect for MLM done properly.

But the problem is that it has frequently been done very badly, and that people can be wrong for it for a number of reasons.

When a Network Marketing or MLM Company is Wrong

Here are some simple points to be aware of in choosing a network marketing company:

    • It should provide training in good business standards, including marketing training. If it tells you to promote your business by hitting on friends, family or strangers, then it doesn’t know what it’s doing, and is setting you up for failure. If it can’t teach you how to operate your business successfully, trust me, it doesn’t know how.

You Can Make Money Flipping Real Estate
Flipping real estate can make you money, sometimes quite a sum of money, whether you're a first-timer or an old hand at real estate investing. Regardless of your experience level there are a number of ways you can begin flipping properties, and putting money in the bank.A great way to flip properties and make money is to take title to a bargain piece of property, fix it up, and then resell it at the full market rate. This investment strategy will take a certain amount of time, expense, and energy, but the repairs can often be made in a relatively short time, so your profit potential can be substantial. I know, because my husband and I have done it many times!Never think that flipping real estate is in any way dishonest or unethical. If you follow all the rules, you can make some real money by flipping houses, although there are a few things you'll want to have in place before you begin. The first is your own finances. You'll need to be able to obtain credit fast, so that yo

Dirty Secrets Of Co-Registration Email Lists
Years ago, I listened to Internet marketing "gurus" share that they had lists in the hundreds of thousands, and I was all ears. Up to that point, I had not managed to get my lists above 60,000 (after many years of consistently working at it). After a little further investigation, some of them shared with me that they often purchased new list members in batches of 25,000... 50,000... even several hundred thousand. Knowing the value of each of my individual list members, based upon how much each spent with me per year on average, visions of riches started dancing in my head. Then this little voice in the back of my head asked if this wasn't DANGEROUS! Wouldn't I get spam complaints... or something. How could I just buy email addresses and add them to my list? Was this legal? why didn't more people know about this, and why weren't more people doing it.So I investigated further. One of the first things I discovered was that lots of big name mar

Internet Marketing Jargon Busted – Part 3
Your cache is full and your CSS sheets are cascading into your CGI and your CPM is compressed by your CPC!Internet Marketing is full of jargon designed to confuse and mystify a beginner. You can learn the old fashioned way through trial and error, or you can cheat and skip a chapter and read the Internet Marketing Jargon Buster from Lama Kalla. This article will explain some more of the common jargon.ClickA click is where someone clicks on something – very simple – whether you click on an advert, a banner, or something else.Click Through RateThe number of clicks on a particular advert, i.e. how many people click through to your site. This is very important for you as an Internet Marketer. Why? Because you need to know how well your adverts are working. If you have a low click through rate then you may need to tweak your adverts or maybe even advertise in a different place. It might be that the place you are advertising in just isn’t suitable for

Market With Authenticity and Ease -Tell Your Story
I remember having a client some time ago that was struggling with the right marketing approach that fit for him. I'll call him Bob. After several ineffective rounds of “I could do this…or I could do that… or this doesn’t feel comfortable” I asked him to tell me his story. I watched his face and listened to his voice fluctuate up and down with excitement and passion as he told me why he started his business. It became very obvious that “his story” was his best marketing approach. He was too close to himself to see it and made a judgment that his ‘story’ couldn’t possibly be used as a marketing tool. He said, “that seems too easy and why would people want to hear it anyway?”Using stories is the most effective way to engage a perspective client. They can relate and they want to hear about experiences that have actually happened. You will find that most people are not as interested in being ‘told’ facts and figures. Try the story test. Connect with one person and tell t

    • It should provide training in team management so that you acquire the skills needed to build a sustainable downline. Most downlines degrade, and most downlines fail. Good marketing and good management can prevent this.

    • It should not emphasize recruitment over product sales. If the whole emphasis is on the “opportunity” instead of product sales, then that company will collapse because it is operating in a similar fashion to a pyramid scheme.

    • This point relates to the one above and it is about market demand. You can only be successful in any sustainable way if there is demand for your product. If your MLM company can’t demonstrate public demand for the product (at a price the public is accepting) then you will struggle to make money, and you will not recruit intelligent or experienced business people who understand market forces a whole lot better than that.

    • It should be open about commissions paid, and to whom. I don’t mean that they should say how much individuals earn, but they should be able to tell you what proportion of people got paid how much. If they’re selling you the s
