The Time Bomb: How Your Dreams Can Help You Choose the Right Vocation or Career
Dreams have a poetic integrity and truth. . . . These whimsical pictures, in as much as they originate from us, may well have an analogy with our whole life and fate. - Ralph Waldo EmersonMy fascination with dreams began nearly two-and-a-half decades ago when, seemingly out of nowhere, a torrent of unusual dreams roared into my life. It was as though somewhere in my psyche, someone had opened an inner floodgate. Even though I was unable to interpret this inner, symbolic language at first, my intuition told me that these dreams were far more than just my brain purging residues from the day. They contained thematic images, symbols, and dramas that moved through my life, leaving strange tracks, exotic fragrances, tearing down old buildings, setting fires. I was captivated. In the late seventies, I began working with others’ dreams and with numerous dream study groups, filling several filing cabinets with fascinating examples of individuals’ dreams. I realized early-on that dreams held many valuable keys to understanding life and especially the choices we make that inevitably chart our future course.Over the years I discovered a something quite remarkable about dreaming: Our dreams relentlessly identify those essential, extraordinary qualities that make us unique and authentic individuals. At the same time, dreams are ruthless and often shocking in exposing influences from others that threaten our ability to live our own lives. On one over

Importance Of Data In Accounting And Parties Interested In Accounting Information
The term "data" refers to primary details or numerical facts relating to an event or transaction. Data is stored and maintained on a computer or network. Computer Software like HiTech Financial Accounting process this electronic data. Data is also maintained as hardcopy or paper print. Since accounting limits itself only to those transactions and events which are financial in character, therefore, accounting data will consist of facts, financial in nature, relating to transactions and events of a business entity for the accounting period. Moreover, accounting data must be supported by documentary evidence. Thus, documents known as vouchers, support the data. Usually data is disorganized and disjointed in its raw form. It is not capable of being understood. So, accounting processes raw data into finished form of "information" to make it useful and meaningful, capable of being used in decision taking process by the various users of accounting information. Thus accounting data processed by the accounting cycle produces accounting information. Data is collected, recorded, classified, grouped, valued, tabulated, arranged, summarized in order to present the same in the form of information for its use by the users to enable them to take decisions.Accounting data Consists of financial transactions and events relating to an entity for the accounting period supported by documentary evidence (vouchers). Are you a career changer?  Or, are you satisfied with your stable career but interested in updating your resume?  Are you a professional who has tried different things but are still searching for the kind of work that best suits you?  Whatever your career situation, what your resume most needs is a stellar career summary.

What difference can a career summary make for you?  Here are  4 reasons why you need one in your resume:

1.) A career summary communicates more about you and does so more powerfully than an objective statement.

2.) Employers love career summaries and use them to preview your resume.  If they like your summary, they’re more likely to read your whole resume.

3.) A summary does a superlative job of masking weaknesses in your work history (too much experience, too little, too many different kinds of jobs, gaps in employment, ineffectual titles, and everything else you can think of)

4.) A career summary tells the employer what you most want them to know, up front.  It therefore sells you well and sets you up to be asked the kinds of interview questions you really want to be asked.

All right, so a career summary is a good thing.  What does it look like?  A summary can be a short paragraph of 2-4 sentences or a brief phrase or sentence introducing a series of 4-8 bullets, depending on the communications style you prefer.  It can be preceded by a job title or list of specialty areas that you wish to highlight.  The summary always goes at the top of the resume immediately following your name and contact information.

Generally a good career summary will profile some mixture of the following kinds of critical details:

    • A brief overview of the breadth and scope of your experience
    • Academic credentials, if relevant
    • 3-5 skillsets that set you apart from the competition
    • 3-5 personality characteristics that describe the workplace you
    • Hints about your most important work-related values.

Okay, so all that sounds good, but what does a career summary look like?  Here are two different versions of a summary that you can play with and make your own:

    Credit Repair Leads
If you are in the credit repair business, you may have at one time or another expressed interest in purchasing credit repair leads.Credit repair leads can be provided in many different ways. Such as referrals, a toll-free number allowing for people to contact you that may need your assistance, and a web site for people to visit to familiarize themselves with your company and educate themselves about credit repair and the services you can provide them with.Along these lines of leads, you may have considered purchasing credit repair leads from an internet company. This isn’t such a bad idea if you are looking for an alternative lead source for credit repair. The benefits . . .The benefit of purchasing credit repair leads from an internet company is that the person that needs the credit repair came to a site and found an on line form to fill out specifically to acquire credit repair from a credit repair company. The customer already understands that they will be contacted from somebody in the credit repair industry and they are waiting for a phone call. The prospects on these credit repair leads are not playing with the idea of credit repair or just looking for information, they really need and want it. They have committed themselves to going somewhere and to someone for help. For this reason alone it is a good idea to consider buying credit repair leads. Or at the very least, look into it. Call a few credit repair companies and find out where the leads are obtained from

    Career As A Stock Broker
A stock broker is a commissioned agent who arranges for selling or buying stocks or other financial instruments for his or her clients. The stockbroker sometimes is not needed these days when buying and selling can be done over the internet. Still, the earning potential of stockbrokers has never shown signs of decreasing.I Am Not A College Graduate; Can I Become A Stockbroker?Anyone who is interested can become a stockbroker, provided he has or she has the requisite grasp of the subjects required and a good understanding of the financial markets. Anyone from high school graduate to a Harvard scholar can become a stockbroker. However, these days it is desirable that aspiring candidates have a college degree due to the complex nature of the job and the larger grasp of the economy that is needed for making technical and commercial financial analyses.Do I Need A License And What Are The Requirements For Obtaining One?Yes; but before you get your license, there are exams that you need to pass in order to qualify to represent clients. Although licensing requirements vary from state to state, the overall requirement is roughly the same.National Association of Securities Dealers, or NASD, conducts this licensing examination which is called the General Securities Registered Representative Examination, or Series 7 exam. After this examination, one is required to put in an internship of at least 4 months with a registered brokerage firm. Most states also require a secondary examination. T

    The Last Minute Interview
Your breath catches in your throat — at last, an interview! Elated, you write down the time and place of the interview, who to ask for, say thanks, and hang up!But, wait, it’s such short notice, and you haven’t been interviewed for ages. Too, you never did get around to practicing. How can you possibly prepare in time to perform well? You hesitate to call them back to reschedule—that might not look good. You feel the anxiety building, even a little panic. What should you do?Here are three easily remembered tips that will help a lot.Relax. Remind yourself that you would not be interviewing at all if they didn’t like what they saw on your r?sum?. Review the ad and the response you sent them earlier (you did keep them, didn’t you?). Be reasonably sure that you understand what it is they are looking for in the person they hire. But be prepared to ask questions during the interview if the position description seems vague. Your primary goal is to have a clear idea about what it is they need.Tell them what they want to hear. Your purpose in the interview is to expose and provide personalized solutions to their specific and stated (or implied) needs. Listen carefully, but remember that you have the right and responsibility to ask questions of your own during the interview. Your questions can often be derived directly from questions that they ask you. For example, if you are asked about your abilities in inventory management, you might logically ask them to tell you more

    Medical Billing - GU0 Record Fields 26 Through 30
Medical billing of DMEPOS claims is difficult enough under the best circumstances. With all the different items that can be billed and the various requirements for each of them, difficult becomes an exercise in near futility. In this installment, we continue our review with one of the most massive CMNs in electronic transmission of claims. We'll cover the GU0 record continuing with field number 26. This is where things get so complicated the each field becomes more and more difficult just to explain.GU0 field 26, position 112, is Reply ALN L01 N01. This is the first of many fields that refer back to a specific question on a specific CMN, kind of like a mapped grid. Because there are so many CMNs and this GUO record has to accommodate all of them that apply, these fields are given generic descriptions that refer back to a specific form location as described in the manual. This particular field refers back to the first question on any DMERC certification requiring a one position response. The forms supported by this field are generic certifications, lymphedema pumps and Osteogenesis stimulators. The form numbers are 01, 02, 04, 06, 07, 08, 09 and 10. The questions supported for the various forms are 1, 4, 6 and 7. The valid responses are Y, N or D. Refer to your manual for the specific form names and questions.GU0 field 27, position 113, is Reply ALN L01 N02. This is the response to the second question on any DMERC certification requiring a one position response. The forms supported are 02, 0
